The only personalised sections for this product is the title in white acrylic Mum, Mother, Nana etc, the est year (optional) and the names as to who it is from e.g. Love James & Amelia.

We understand the excitement of receiving a special package to your door so please read the following information to ensure all your shipping questions are answered.
I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT MY ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
We can’t wait to start creating your order and depending on which of our beautiful products you have ordered the timeframe can vary. Our standard lead time for designing, creating and packaging is approximately 4-6 working days (please note this does not include delivery time) but if you require your order sooner, please email us at info@bluebirdkeepsakes.com.au.
During peak periods (e.g. leading up to Easter, Christmas etc) your order could be delayed by an extra 3-5 working days, again please contact us via email if needing your order urgently.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
It can depend on your location and shipping method selected but usually Australia wide standard shipping generally takes 3-14 business days and Express shipping generally takes 2-3 business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS
When it comes to custom made orders, this can take time going back and forth so depending on the detail it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Currently our turnaround time for all products on our website is approx 5-7 business days. For local pick up it could be less. This doesn't include shipping time.

HOW DO I ADD MORE ITEMS AFTER I’VE JUST PLACED AN ORDER?
We love hearing this! Where it’s possible, we can certainly look at adding the extra items to your order if we haven’t dispatched it yet. Please bear in mind that during peak periods (e.g. leading up to Easter, Christmas etc) it may be more than likely not possible to fulfill your request but the best thing to do is to email us at info@bluebirdkeepsakes.com.au ASAP for us to let you know if we’re able to fulfill your request.
WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Our products are made to order at your request, so we are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this stage we only post Australia wide.
CAN I SEE THE ARTWORK DESIGN BEFORE IT IS MADE?
We can certainly organise for you to see proof of the artwork prior to it being made. Please ensure you have requested this at the time of your order in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS at check out.
DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?
We sure do. We are based in Fulham, in the Western suburbs of Adelaide, so if this suits you are more than welcome to pop in and pick up your order when it’s ready. Just select your delivery method as pick up when you check out and we will be in touch to let you know when it’s ready.
I MADE AN ERROR ON MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?
Oopsie, if you’ve realised you’ve made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see if we can intervene before it’s been designed. If your order has already been made, it may incur an additional redesign fee.
