HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Currently our standard turnaround time for all products on our website is approximately 5-7 business days. For local pick up it could be less. This doesn't include shipping time. Please bear in mind that during peak periods (e.g. leading up to Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas etc) the turnaround time will be approximately 7-10 working days. If you require your order sooner, please contact us to see if we can accommodate a rush order.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely we do! We love nothing more than bringing your ideas to life. Please email info@bluebirdkeepsakes.com.au

HOW DO I ADD MORE ITEMS AFTER I’VE JUST PLACED AN ORDER?

We love hearing this! Where it’s possible, we can certainly look at adding the extra items to your order if we haven’t dispatched it yet. Please bear in mind that during peak periods (e.g. leading up to Easter, Christmas etc) it may be more than likely not possible to fulfill your request but the best thing to
do is to email us at info@bluebirdkeepsakes.com.au for us to let you know if we’re able to fulfill your request.

WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, CAN I CANCEL IT?

Our products are made to order at your request, so we are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed.

DO YOU POST TO PO BOXES?

We sure do!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this stage we only post Australia wide.

CAN I SEE THE ARTWORK DESIGN BEFORE IT IS MADE?

We can certainly organise for you to see proof of the artwork prior to it
being made. Please ensure you have requested this at the time of your order in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box at check out and we will email it to you when it’s ready.

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?

We sure do. We are based in Fulham, in the Western suburbs of Adelaide, so if this suits, you are more than welcome to pop in and pick up your order when it’s ready. Just select your delivery method as pick up when you check out and we will be in touch to let you know when it’s ready.

I MADE AN ERROR ON MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Oopsie, if you’ve realised you’ve made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see if we can intervene before it’s been designed. If your order has already been made, it may incur an additional redesign fee.
