Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are carefully packaged for shipment and we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged orders once it has left our care. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on CUSTOM or PERSONALISED orders.
If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours along with your order number, photographs and description of the damage precisely as it arrived to you and email it to info@bluebirdkeepsakes.com.au. Each claim is assessed on a case by case basis and it is at our discretion to decide whether an order can be returned or replaced. Once the specified time frame has surpassed in notifying us of any damage, we cannot offer a return.
The following will not be offered as refunds and replacements for;
- Disliking the purchase
- Decides there is no use for it
- Change of mind
- Damages the goods by not handling carefully or following the care instructions
Any order that is Personalised or Custom designed where the customer has made a mistake, a return/refund/exchange is NOT possible.
